Eat Well Programme

When you sign up to Elms Personal Fitness we become committed to help you achieve your fitness or weight loss goal.

What you eat will have a big outcome on your final results so we have developed 7 golden rules that will help you reach your goals a lot faster. As a member we will provide you with these rules to follow and ask you to complete a food diary for a week, this will then be assessed by one of our personal trainers who will then let you know which areas to improve in  order to aid your fitness and weight loss goals. Our food diaries and regular health assessment form an important feature of the Elms Personal Fitness Concept.

It is important to realise that this is not a diet, I'm afraid to say diets don't work, always remember quick fixes quickly fail. We believe in making small changes to your eating habits that overtime will become the norm and it is these lifestyle changes that overtime will lead to the results you are looking for, whether that be weight loss, fitness and stamina improvement or all three.

We aim to be the source of advice, inspiration, support and knowledge for all our members. All Elms Personal Trainers will help keep you on track in adopting and maintaining the changes that will become a way of life for as long as you are a member.
